Is this a Christian brand

While the brand is deeply rooted in our Christian beliefs, we don't exclusively label it as such. Scott and Courtney as owners, stand firm in their faith in Jesus, which guides their principles and actions.

We've created this brand where individuals from diverse backgrounds are welcomed and encouraged. It's about fostering a community that celebrates true heroes and advocates for positivity in the world. Our values are grounded in biblical teachings, emphasizing principles of love, compassion, and service.

Product Questions

How do our shirts fit

Most of our T-shirts have a very form fitting style. Meaning if you like your shirts to fit pretty tight then you would be ok ordering your normal size, but if you prefer them to fit slightly looser you would probably be better off ordering a size up (women especially).

Where can i find the sizing info

Under each product you will see a link to the sizing info that you can click to view the size chart.

What are the recomended wash and care instructions

To ensure your shirts will maintain the best condition, we recommend that you wash the shirts inside out in cold water and then hang dry. Do not use bleach and do not iron!

When are new products released

New collections will be released regularly, but there is no guarantee on how often. The best way to be notified of a coming new collection release is to sign up for our e-mail list ( fill out form located at the the bottom of the page) and follow us on social media.

will you restock sold out items

Our Essentials collection will always be available for purchase and new items will be continually added to it.

All other collections have no guarantee of being restocked after initial sell out.

If a product in a collection is sold out you can click the notify me button, enter your e-mail & if we receive enough requests we might decide to bring the item back

Shipping & Returns

how soon will my order ship

Most items ship out within 3-5 business days or faster once the order has been received. If there is any expected or unexpected delay in the shipping of your order, you will be notified as soon as possible and given options for how to proceed.

when should i expect to recieve my order

This will vary depending on the shipping method you have selected and where you live.

The majority of orders should be received within 3-5 business days after your order has shipped or sooner!

If there is an extended or unexpected delay before your order ships you will be contacted and given options for how you want to proceed.

Once the item has been turned over to the shipping company, we have no control on delays, but you can check you orders status at anytime using the provided tracking info.

can i track my order

Yes, once your order has been shipped you will be provided a tracking number and you can find this number by logging into your account.

what if i didnt recieve my order

Please ask around to your neighbors or front office ( if living in an apt complex). If you still can not locate your order and the shipping status shows it was delivered please contact us immediately.

what if my order was damaged or missing items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

What is the return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted for damaged items and size exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return any items until you receive confirmation from our customer service team. If your return is accepted, you will be provided with further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Do you offer refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@EternalCrownApparel.com.

What is the European Union 14-day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
